Ways to enjoy (tanoshimikata)

Overview

Ways to enjoy (tanoshimikata) refers to the different things people find fun in the same activity. There isn't just one way to enjoy a question box. Some people enjoy sending questions, some enjoy reading answers, some enjoy writing answers, and some enjoy watching the Q&A exchanges. Each of them enjoys it in a different way.

The many ways to enjoy a question box

As a sender, you can enjoy thinking up interesting questions, imagining how the person answering will react, getting an unexpected answer, and sharing your honest feelings anonymously.

As the person answering, you can enjoy giving a question your all, sharpening your writing, having conversations with your followers, and sorting out your own thoughts.

As a reader, you can enjoy finding interesting Q&As, learning how the person answering thinks, relating to it because you were thinking the same thing, and gaining a new point of view.

It's hard to rank the ways senders, the people answering, and readers enjoy it. There's no rule about how to enjoy it that says "this is how a question box should be used."

Finding your own way to enjoy it

Not finding a way to enjoy it that suits you is one reason a question box doesn't last. Answering every day out of a sense of duty is part of what makes the fun fade. Answer only the questions you like, once a week. That's fine.

It's fine for your way of enjoying it to change. Maybe writing answers was fun at first, but now sending questions is more fun. In that case, you can switch from answering to sending. A question box is a place where you're free to do as you like. If it stops being fun, change how you enjoy it. If that still doesn't work, take a break. Come back when it's fun again. This easygoing attitude is also a tip for enjoying a question box for a long time.
